Return & Refund Policy
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to love your Neovall lamp. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All components must be included (lamp body, shade, base, cord, bulb).
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, email us at info@neovall.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for return
3. A photo of the item and packaging
We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on our part.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Damaged/Defective items: We cover return shipping.
- Change of mind returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different variant (for example, a different plug type), please return the original item and place a new order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Then contact us at info@neovall.com and we will investigate.
