HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
US orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days with free standard shipping. Express shipping via FedEx (3–5 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. International orders take 10–25 business days depending on your location.

WHICH PLUG TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choose based on your country: US for United States and Canada, UK for United Kingdom, EU for Europe, AU for Australia and New Zealand. All lamps work with 90–260V, so they are compatible with any voltage worldwide — you just need the right plug for your outlets.
DO THE LAMPS COME WITH BULBS?
Yes! The Bauhaus Amber Glass Lamp includes a built-in 12W LED. The Vintage Scalloped Shade Lamp includes an E27/E26 LED bulb. Both are ready to use right out of the box.
CAN I RETURN MY LAMP?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, email us at info@neovall.com and we will guide you through the return process.
WHAT IF MY LAMP ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the buyer's responsibility.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE LIGHT MODE?
The Bauhaus Lamp has a button on the base — press to cycle through Warm, Natural, and White. The Scalloped Shade Lamp uses a pull-chain — each pull switches to the next mode.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes! FedEx express shipping is available at checkout for US orders. Delivery takes 3–5 business days. The fee is calculated based on your location.
