HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US orders arrive within 7–15 business days with free standard shipping. International orders take 10–30 business days depending on your location.

IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes — standard shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Orders to our other international destinations ship at a flat $14.99 rate, shown at checkout.

WHICH PLUG TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choose based on your country: US for United States and Canada, UK for United Kingdom, EU for Europe, AU for Australia. All lamps work with 90–260V, so they are compatible with any voltage worldwide — you just need the right plug for your outlets.

DO THE LAMPS COME WITH BULBS?
Most of our lamps either have a built-in LED or include an LED bulb in the box — ready to use right out of the box. Check the "What's in the Box" section on each product page for details.

CAN I RETURN MY LAMP?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the lamp is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and your refund is issued once the item arrives back undamaged — no restocking fees. Email us at info@neovall.com to start a return.

WHAT IF MY LAMP ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Contact us at info@neovall.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed, all costs covered by us.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the buyer's responsibility.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE LIGHT MODE?
Lamps with multiple light modes (Warm / Natural / White) are controlled by the button or pull-chain on the lamp — each press or pull cycles to the next mode. See the "Specifications" section on each product page for the control type.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Not at this time. All US orders ship free with standard shipping (7–15 business days), and every order is processed within 1–3 business days.
